Formerly the Florida Society of Pain & Neuroscience, the Southeastern Society of Pain Intervention was established to further advance the study and practice of interventional pain management. SSPI is dedicated to identifying, studying, and testing the highest-level treatment options, and seeks to ensure that all practitioners within the field have the knowledge and skills to provide the best outcomes for their patients.

MISSION: ADVANCEMENT

The field of interventional pain management is progressing at a rapid pace and insurance providers, educational institutions, and credentialing bodies are slow to adapt. SSPI seeks to help close the gap through independent research and data collection, and supplemental education and training for the next generation of pain physicians.
